Nexora Gaming ships orders anywhere in Canada.

Free shipping from $35

Orders of $35 CAD or more (before taxes) get free standard shipping. For orders under $35, standard shipping costs $4.99 CAD. The exact cost is shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Once shipped, an order usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days. This is an estimate: it can vary with the destination, the carrier and the time of year. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, when the carrier provides one.

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address before confirming your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible: we can fix it as long as the order has not shipped.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We will follow up with the carrier and find a solution with you.
